Our Story

Arrival

Guests staying onsite will have parking available at their designated cabin block. For all other guests, parking is not available onsite. Please park at the SS. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church where our complimentary shuttle service will be running from 2:45pm to close.

Attire

Formal cocktail. Ladies may want to wear wedges or block heels as we'll be on varied terrain. Bring a layer, as it can get chilly at night!

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we have chosen to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event.

Please note that only the names explicitly written on your invitation have been accounted for in the guest count. We appreciate your understanding in arranging childcare for the evening.

We hope this arrangement allows you to enjoy a relaxing evening celebrating with us!

Travel & Accommodations

Airports

For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into one of the following airports. Both offer plenty of rental car and ride-share options.

San Jose (SJC) Approximately 45 minutes from the venue.
San Francisco (SFO) Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from the venue.

Onsite Cabins

Waterfall Lodge contains 32 cabins on property that are spread throughout its 80 acres of magestic redwoods. Each cabin has a full bathroom and sleeps 2-4 people. We highly recommend that our out-of-town guests stay onsite both Wednesday and Thursday nights to fully enjoy the mountain celebration.

Cabins will be available to book soon, once we have a confirmed headcount from RSVPs.
